PAXSAFE Online Review Guidelines and Legal Costs.

We highly value feedback from our guests as it helps us improve our services.   However, we expect reviews to be fair and honest.  To maintain the integrity of all online reviews, the following guidelines apply to PAXSAFE guests:

1. Fairness and Accuracy:

Reviews should accurately reflect the guest’s experience during their stay with us. Misleading or dishonest reviews are not permitted.

2. Respect and Professionalism:

Reviews must be respectful and not contain offensive, defamatory, or harmful content. We encourage constructive feedback.

3. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any disputes or concerns during your stay, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.

4. Legal Recourse: 

If a guest violates these guidelines by posting unfair, illegal, or damaging reviews, the guest accepts and agrees to bear any and all legal costs, including but not limited to attorney fees, at the sole professional discretion of PAXSAFE, incurred by our company in seeking legal recourse to protect our reputation and seek compensation for any damages incurred as a result of such reviews. Additionally, the guest shall provide PAXSAFE with an indemnity against their legal costs in connection with Clause 4.

5. Enduring Authority: 

The guest grants an enduring authority to PAXSAFE for PAXSAFE to instigate the removal of reviews that violate these guidelines from any and all third-party platforms where such reviews have been posted.

By using our services and providing reviews, you agree to abide by these guidelines and accept responsibility for any legal costs as described in Clause 4.  We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines or take legal action if necessary.
